When we know how to help, we change lives.

At HUMANKIND, our mission is to make mental health support part of everyday life, in homes, schools, communities, and workplaces.
We train people to recognise when someone is struggling, have the conversations and offer meaningful support.
Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, our work helps people move from talking about wellbeing to truly living it.
Because when we learn how to care for ourselves and each other, we build a kinder, healthier world.

Hey, I'm Ashley
I'm a Certified CBT and Strategic Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Meditation and Breath Work Practitioner. I’ve also recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychology, a chapter that deepened my love for understanding why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.
Aside from the qualifications, I'm a highly sensitive, introverted, and socially anxious human who wants to use my time on earth to make a positive impact.
My work bridges science and empathy, combining psychology, mindfulness, and practical wellbeing tools to help people help themselves and others. My approach is grounded, evidence-based, and deeply human.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me on an adventure with my fiancé, cooking something carby, or snuggling on the couch with a cuppa and our 16 year-old Devon Rex.
My mission is simple: to help people live life, not just survive.

The Benefits of Support
AT HOME
Around 1 in 6 children aged 5–16 is likely to have a mental health problem (Mental Health Foundation & NHS Digital, 2023).
Modern family life can be busy and demanding. Between work, school, and everyday pressures, it’s easy to miss the subtle signs that our loved ones struggling.
By learning how to notice and respond with compassion, families can catch mental health problems early and get support, build stronger bonds, greater trust, and a shared language for wellbeing.
Because when we take care of our own mental health and understand how to support others, everyone in the family thrives.
AT WORK
1 in 6 employees experiences a mental health problem at work each week, yet only 49% feel comfortable talking to their manager about it (Mind / CIPD, 2024).
Every workplace is made up of humans, each with their own pressures, challenges, and unseen stories.
When people feel safe to talk about mental health, everything changes; teams communicate better, performance and retention rise, and stigma falls, and individuals feel valued, not replaceable.
The result?
Happier teams, stronger retention, fewer absences, and workplaces where people thrive, not just survive.
IN SCHOOL
78% of education professionals say poor mental health affects their ability to do their job (Education Support, 2023).
Behind every confident learner is a trusted adult who knows how to listen, notice, and care.
When teachers, support staff, and school leaders understand mental health, they can spot early signs of distress, create safer spaces, and respond with confidence instead of fear.
In education, the need for support has never been clearer.
Our training helps schools and colleges build a culture where wellbeing isn’t an add-on, it’s part of everyday learning and care to promote wellbeing for both staff and pupils.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Behind every successful organisation is a community of people who care about their work, their purpose, and each other.
Whether you’re leading a small business, running a community initiative, or growing a social enterprise, your impact depends on the wellbeing of your people.
When people feel heard, supported, and valued, they bring their best selves to their work and to those they serve.
Our training helps service providers and community organisations embed mental health and wellbeing into the heart of what they do.
The result? Healthier clients and customers, happier communities, and organisations that people are proud to be part of.
