Mental Wellbeing First Aid
Our Mental Wellbeing First Aid training courses are engaging, interactive, and practical, designed to help people feel confident supporting mental health and wellbeing in everyday life.
Each course combines discussion, real-life scenarios, and plenty of time for practice and questions, so learning feels relaxed, relevant, and empowering.
All courses are fully aligned with the Health & Safety Executive’s (HSE) guidance on Mental Health Conditions, Work and The Workplace, and meet ACAS standards on Supporting Mental Health at Work (including legal compliance).

Mental Wellbeing First Aider
(2 days*)
This course will qualify participants to confidently recognise signs of declining mental health and take meaningful, compassionate action to support adults and children in need. Participants will be educated and empowered to go from worrying about saying the wrong thing to feeling equipped to make a real difference.
Participants will gain:

This course helps participants build the confidence to notice when someone might be struggling and know how to respond with empathy, calm, and care. It is ideal for anyone in a supportive or supervisory role, or those who simply want to strengthen their understanding of mental health and wellbeing in everyday life.
